We Told Them Not to Start With Video

When Shaule, founder of World Jewish Expos, approached us for a promotional video, we quickly realized the issue ran deeper. The event had outgrown its roots in Brooklyn catering halls and recently moved to the Meadowlands — but the branding and website hadn’t caught up.

The site confused new visitors. Messaging was unclear. Multiple logos, mixed fonts, and outdated visuals undermined the event’s credibility. People booked because they knew Shaule — not because the brand or website inspired confidence.

We knew a promo video wouldn’t work unless the digital foundation was solid. So we started where it mattered: the brand.
